Refund Policy
Due to the nature of research chemicals and regulatory requirements, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on any opened or used products.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the damaged/incorrect item
- Description of the issue
We will review your claim and, if approved, issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit (confirmed by carrier), please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Customs Seizures
Amino Boost Shop is not responsible for packages seized by customs. Customers are responsible for understanding the import regulations in their jurisdiction.
